SHIPPING
Upon order placement, items that are in stock generally ship within 1 or 2 business days. Note that STANDARD SHIPPING, which usually takes 4-5 business days, is not guaranteed. Orders selected with NEXT DAY delivery are shipped accordingly when merchandise is ready to ship. Refer to our shopping policies for more details.
The shipping methods we use include: FedEx, UPS or USPS. All packages are insured and may require signature confirmation. Orders are shipped in the time-frame stated on each product page. If there is a delay or backorder of an item and the item will not be shipped in the stated time-frame, you will be contacted and notified.
Note that UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders which are shipped Friday via 2nd Day Delivery will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders shipped on Friday via Next Day Delivery, will be delivered on Monday.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes: V&R Jewelry does not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have a post office box number--for verification purposes, contact our office so that we can obtain the necessary information to assist with your order delivery. Any authorized deliveries to PO Box addresses will require identification upon delivery.
Delivery to APO and FPO addresses: V&R accepts APO or FPO orders. However, for verification purposes, billing addresses and credit card information must be on file with your bank. Military addresses are verified in person -- and until verification is obtained it is likely delivery to a military address will be delayed.
