STORE POLICIES AND ORDERING INFORMATION

Product guarantee - All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of manufacturer's defect. If any item has a manufacturer's defect, as determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected and replaced at no charge to you. Kindly report any defect within 24 hours of delivery for prompt replacement. For jewelry - loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered. VandRjewelry.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. Please also note that warranties are voided if someone other than the manufacturer works or alters the item.

If we have made a mistake or there is an error on our part, notify us as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed for any return via insured regular US Mail. If you select another carrier or faster shipping method, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping fees. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. Note that if you have made a mistake on your order, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the problem, included any additional shipping fees.

If your order is not delivered by a promised date due to an error on our part, refunds via company check will be issued accordingly (upon our receipt of the returnable item if it has already shipped out). We are not liable for any further expenses beyond this. Note that when we indicate that an item generally ships in about a certain number of days, this is NOT a promised time frame. If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, etc., we will not be liable nor responsible for the delay. It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames they advertise.


WAYS TO ORDER

We currently only ship to USA addresses and accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards for online, fax and phone orders. We also accept Bank Checks and Money Orders. For all international orders, please email us for further assistance. All prices are in US dollars. 8.25% sales tax is added to your total if you are a resident of California State. You must be at least 18 years of age to order. Billing information must match what your bank or credit card company have on file. Any variance could delay or void your order.

Online orders - This is the fastest way to order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Email orders - Do not include your credit card number in the email. Email us your order request/s and include your complete billing/shipping address and day time telephone number so we can reach you. We will contact you for your credit card information.

Fax orders - Print out your shopping cart page and fax your complete order including billing/shipping address and daytime telephone number to 213-488-9383. We will contact you for your credit card information.

Telephone orders - We welcome telephone orders between 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Mail - Print out your shopping cart page and mail your complete order including billing/shipping address and daytime telephone number. We will contact you for your payment information.

Returns and Cancellations - It is our intent that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. Every effort is made to ensure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Items that are custom made or special ordered just for you are not returnable. All sales are final. Once a custom order has been placed, production is notified and in effect. Cancellation of a custom order within 24 hours of placing the order is subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations over 48 hours. Approved refunds are mailed out in the form of company check. Returnable items (which are not custom or personalized) require V&R Jewelry being notified regarding request for return. Requests for return must be made within 10 days after initial shipping date. Do NOT mail any package without prior contact with V&R. Returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of package.

V&R Jewelry will accept returns for exchange only if the item has not been worn, abused, engraved, sized or damaged in any way. Items must be in new, unaltered condition and in its original packaging. VandRjewelry.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. Shipping and packaging charges are not refundable. Note upon return, that gold and stone weights may vary by up to 5-10%, above or below, the original advertised size and weight.

Jewelry sold by V&R Jewelry requires special precautions when being shipped for return. To return any item purchased from us you MUST follow the following steps:

1.Contact our office within 10 days after initial shipping date to report return. You will ONLY need to provide you complete name and date of purchase.

2.Secure the jewelry inside its original box. Be sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping and a copy of the invoice. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return.

3.Place everything in a shipping box and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape. Paper mailing is required so that your package can be stamped and tracked. The tape is available at your local post office and office supply stores.

4.Write your complete name on the shipment box above the shipping address.

5.Ship the item Registered U.S. Mail, fully insured for the value of the item. Request a return receipt for your records. We will notify you once we have received and processed the returned item. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured items will be refused. This is solely for your protection as well as ours.

Damaged Deliveries - For your protection, all items are carefully inspected by two employees prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event that item is received damaged or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are opened and inspected by two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their return. Since all orders are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for inspection by the shipping company.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Miscellaneous – Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and omissions. Approved refunds are mailed out in the form of company check. Store policies and terms are subject to change without notice. Many jewelry items are enlarged to show details. Colors will vary.

Resizing-We provide a one time complimentary resizing (one size larger or smaller) of rings within 30 days of purchasing. If a ring requires more than 1 size adjustment, additional charges will be applied depending on how much resizing is necessary. Additional resizing costs vary between $25-40. Customers requesting ring resizing are responsible for $5 return shipping and handling fee.






Shipping -Upon order placement, items that are in stock generally ship within 1 or 2 business days. Note that STANDARD SHIPPING, which usually takes 4-5 business days is not guaranteed. Second Day Air and Next Day Air services are guaranteed to most areas. Please note, some items (as indicated in product description) are made to order as they are custom pieces and may require up to two-six weeks for delivery. Production time (time taken to make the item) can vary depending on the custom item ordered and production time stated in the description is approximate time. We are not responsible of delivery delays are due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, etc… The shipping methods we use include: FedEx, UPS or USPS. All packages are insured and may require signature confirmation.

Expedited shipping will only speed up the shipping time but not the production process.

Lost Packages -On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. We follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by anther person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that VandRjewelry.com has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our office.
